Process Shots

After doing my "Girl Zero" decks i got back to doing more female illustrations.
I like drawing the female body, there's so much more to do with it artwise then the male body. Unless you're drawing superhero's. And i dont draw superheros.

Started out with a sketch of a model and went from there. At this point i didnt know what i would be doing with it, but got the base down.

Ive been using a lot of acrylics lately, ive never used them before but after putting out some dope peices earlier in the year using them ive been on a kick.
Im still getting use to them and learning the differences between heavy acrylics and light ones and so forth and so forth. Ended up using bright reds and yellows for her hair and after laying the base of red i decided to make it a little more complex then what i had so far, this is before i really got into the hair.

This if one of the final shots, i finished the hair, finished trying to get the color right and eventually came to this. It took me three days to fully finish it but i like the outcome. Im a sucker for the details and using what ive always used along with new things ive learned made this come out as a great peice. Aleady have people interested in purchasing but will be making prints of this one to sell.
Hope you've enjoyed the process of what it is that i do.
